Troubleshoot
Having problems with your mickey mp3? No worries! Sherry can help you!
1a) I couldn't transfer the flies,a pop-up keeps showing up.
Ans: You have to format it first.

b)How to format?
Ans: Plug in your mickey mp3 and go to ''my computer'' and you will see "(F:)" Right click on it and select "Format..."


2a)Oh no i cant on my mickey mp3!
Ans: Some of your songs may be in the wrong format(dun ask me wad kind coz i dunno!) or corrupted, so reformat it. Plug in your mickey mp3 and go to "my computer" and you will see "(F:)" Right click on it and select "Format..." You will see 3 boxes near the bottom part, check the first one and proceed. (: You will lose all your songs but your mp3 will be SAVED! (:

b)If it still doesnt work, maybe you should charge your mickey mp3. duh
